Another year, another anniversary. Boulevard 64 is 8 years old. On May 14th, 8 years ago, a few decorated ex MTA players decided to start their own thing and bring the competition to the growing scene of San Andreas Multiplayer. It didn't take much time for 2Good, Milos, Luka, Toxic and others to start taking over and in just a few months B64 was already one of the best and most influential crews around. "We may shut down in a few months and we may roll for a decade" were the words of Luka after our clan war against SiX clan back in 2006. Now, 8 years later, we are still running and closing to hit that decade mark.
Boulevard 64 started its journey on 14th May 2006 on Gangwars server in SA-MP, which was hosted by the BK clan at the time. We were actually supposed to focus on Hoodlums server, which had a rivalry with BK at the time, but somehow we ended up playing on Gangwars. B64 had an alliance with KGX clan and quickly became the dominant force on the server, creating a big tension with BK and the main clans from other renowned servers as well. Players like Luka, Enginer, Milos, Toxic, Vlaxxx and Hustler were known names among the SA-MP world and B64 clan didn't have much difficulties establishing itself as the top crew among the community. We had many memorable battles against many renowned clans, such as G2, SiX, BES, XII, DB, EST, BK, HoT, TC, SAW, MTS, VIP and many others, and had loads of memorable moments as well.
In August 2009, B64 retired from SA-MP and focused on FlatOut Ultimate Carnage. After a year of hard work and progress through the ranks, we have finally hit the mainstream of the game and started competing with the best crews around, winning many matches, competitions and tournaments. Teams like Heat, XTS, LadS, PRO, Smack, Diamond, RUS, CKP, Bundes, sL and many others were added on the list of clans we defeated during our 3 years long run in FOUC.
In 2011, we got ourselves included in hosting of various gaming events, and soon B64 started organizing a gaming league for the arcade games, under the name of B64Club. Many players were gathered to compete and the interest was big enough to host 2 gaming seasons in 2011 and 2012.
One of the games included in the events was Street Fighter, which lead us to organize our own SF squad and compete in the Mediterranean league in 2013. B64 managed to achieve success, winning the second place in Heraklion and the first place on the Athenian Zillian Cup.
Now, in 2014, B64 is doing just fine. Eight years of history and success, and we are still here, not going anywhere yet.
